For more than 6 years, I have had the privilege of managing over 1,000 successful real estate transactions for investors, wholesalers ,agents, and real estate professionals across the United States.
As the Founder of Freedom Transaction Services® and TC Academy, I have spent my career creating systems that keep transactions organized, deadlines on track, and closings moving smoothly. My passion is helping others develop those same skills so they can build successful careers with confidence.
My Story
I didn't build TC Academy from a textbook—I built it from real experience.
After years of managing transactions in a fast-paced real estate environment, I saw firsthand how critical an organized, knowledgeable Transaction Coordinator is to every successful closing. Every transaction presented new challenges, and each one reinforced the importance of strong systems, communication, and attention to detail.
Those experiences shaped the training I now teach every day.
Why I created TC Academy
While working with agents, investors, and transaction teams, I noticed a common problem: many new Transaction Coordinators were entering the industry without practical, hands-on training.
Most programs explain the concepts, but very few teach what actually happens inside a real transaction file.
I created TC Academy to bridge that gap by providing practical education built around real transactions, proven workflows, and the same systems I use every day in my own business.
My goal is simple: to help students become confident, capable Transaction Coordinators who are ready to contribute from day one.
