Welcome to TC Academy. These Terms & Conditions and Student Agreement ("Agreement") outline the terms governing your enrollment, access, and participation in TC Academy training programs, educational resources, and related services.

By enrolling in TC Academy, accessing course materials, or participating in any training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

1. Program Overview

2. Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in TC Academy, you agree to:

Students are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Account sharing, transferring access, or allowing another individual to use course materials without written permission from TC Academy is prohibited.

All TC Academy materials are protected intellectual property and are provided for personal educational use only.

Students may not:

• Share login credentials or course access with others.

• Claim ownership of TC Academy-created materials.

 

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

 

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to actively participate in their learning experience by:

• Reviewing course lessons and resources.

• Completing assignments and assessments.

• Applying concepts ethically and professionally.

• Maintaining professional communication standards.

• Asking questions when clarification is needed.

 

Students understand that successful completion of the program requires personal effort, participation, and commitment.

 

6. Certification & Completion Requirements

If TC Academy offers a certificate of completion, students must meet the stated requirements, which may include:

• Completion of required lessons.

• Completion of quizzes or assessments.

• Completion of practical exercises.

• Submission of required assignments.

 

Completion certificates recognize participation and completion of educational requirements.

A TC Academy certificate does not represent a government license, professional license, legal designation, or guarantee of employment.

 

7. Professional Disclaimer

TC Academy provides educational information based on transaction coordination practices and industry experience.

 

Students understand that:

• Real estate laws, regulations, contracts, and practices vary by state and jurisdiction.

8. No Guarantee of Income or Employment

TC Academy does not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities

• Client placement

• Business growth

• Revenue generation

• Specific financial results

 

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, business practices, and other factors.

9. Payments & Fees

Students agree to pay all applicable enrollment fees before receiving access to TC Academy programs unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

 

Students agree that:

• Payment information provided must be accurate.

• Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

• Outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the student.

 

Refund eligibility is governed by the TC Academy Refund Policy.

 

10. Refund Policy Agreement

By enrolling in TC Academy, students acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy.

Students understand that due to the digital nature of training programs, access to course materials may limit refund eligibility.

 

The Refund Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

 

11. Community Participation & Professional Conduct

If TC Academy provides access to student communities, discussion groups, coaching spaces, or communication channels, students agree to maintain professional conduct.

 

Students may not:

• Harass or threaten other participants.

• Share inappropriate or harmful content.

• Spam other students.

• Promote unrelated businesses without permission.

• Misrepresent themselves or TC Academy.

 

TC Academy reserves the right to remove access for conduct that negatively impacts the learning environment.

 

12. Confidentiality

Students may receive access to internal training processes, examples, templates, or business practices.

 

Students agree to respect confidential information and not disclose proprietary information belonging to TC Academy or other participants.

 

13. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having:

• Reliable internet access

• A compatible device

• Updated software or browser access

• Ability to access online learning platforms

 

TC Academy is not responsible for technical issues caused by student equipment, internet providers, or third-party platforms.

 

14. Third-Party Platforms

TC Academy may use third-party platforms to deliver training, process payments, host materials, or communicate with students.

 

These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

 

TC Academy is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

 

15. Termination of Access

TC Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access if a student:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

• Shares course materials without permission.

• Engages in inappropriate behavior.

• Attempts unauthorized use of training materials.

• Fails to meet payment obligations.

 

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment responsibilities.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Academy is not responsible for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use course materials.

 

Students participate at their own discretion and are responsible for their own professional decisions and actions.

By enrolling in TC Academy, students acknowledge and agree to:

18. Updates to Terms

TC Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of TC Academy services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of:

Alabama

 

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled according to applicable laws and legal procedures within the applicable jurisdiction.

 

20. Student Acknowledgment

By enrolling in TC Academy, I acknowledge that:
