9. Payments & Fees
Students agree to pay all applicable enrollment fees before receiving access to TC Academy programs unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Students agree that:

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

Outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the student.

10. Refund Policy Agreement

Students are responsible for having:

TC Academy is not responsible for technical issues caused by student equipment, internet providers, or third-party platforms.
14. Third-Party Platforms

TC Academy is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
15. Termination of Access
TC Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access if a student:
